An expansive, custom-built home adjacent to Green Pond and tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac invites all guests to fully share in the experience of modern living while visiting or vacationing on Cape Cod. Thoughtfully designed and complete with seaside touches, this coastal retreat provides just the right balance of convenience, seclusion and comfort. Our home is only a 3 minute drive or short bike ride to Menauhant Beach, steps to 4 nearby parks with a winery, brewery, shops, restaurants and many championship golf courses just around the corner. Our spacious farmer's porch equipped with polywood rockers and padded teak chairs overlook the beautifully landscaped, flat lot where guests can enjoy an early morning coffee or catch an afternoon sunset while their children take full advantage of the tranquility of our private, dead- end street. All furnishings throughout the home are new as of 2021 and the main level is a true open concept. It boasts a wonderfully appointed and recently renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and an eat-up breakfast bar that is rounded out by an extendable dining room table. The kitchen looks out onto both the open seating area and a separate family room complete with a wraparound couch and 62" Smart TV. The 1st floor also includes a Primary bedroom with a king bed, mounted flat screen TV, walk-in closet and private, en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom is across the hall, next to the main floor full bathroom, and has a queen bed and a custom closet with built-in shelving. The glass slider off of the dining area leads out to a new trex deck, where guests can enjoy some peace and quiet, roast marshmallows on the propane fire pit, savor a meal prepared on the new gas grill or compete at a game of ring toss. Rinse off in our enclosed outdoor shower after a long day at the beach and then head over to the side and front yards which are ideal for whiffle ball games, volleyball, soccer, badminton, baggo and anything in the fun category. Our second floor provides an entirely separate living area. Skylights bring character to this over 1,200 SF of extra space that includes an office setting with a desk, pull-out couch and 4 in 1 game table. This floor also has its own open kitchen with a fridge, microwave and stove along with a glasstop table and 4 chairs where guests can sit down to eat or gather for gamenight. The upstairs has two equally oversized bedrooms with extra-large closets and built-in shelving; one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. A spacious bathroom is included. Ductless mini splits-4 on main floor and 3 upstairs (in all bedrooms and main areas).
